Caveat — NRR vs logo retention: NRR is a revenue-expansion metric. It can exceed 100% even when customer logos are churning, because expansion revenue from surviving customers (plan upgrades, add-ons) offsets revenue lost to churn. "105% NRR" does NOT mean 95% of customers stayed. It means revenue from the surviving cohort grew enough to cover the lost revenue.
