Why this is the strongest non-corporate KB exemplar: Provenance is enforced by infrastructure. You cannot publish a chart without a dataset; you cannot publish a dataset without a citation; the code that processed the data is public. The same discipline applied to a marketing KB would force every claim to carry its source row.
