Most of the email comes from people who build things — contractors, fabricators, small manufacturers, trades owners — looking for a website that respects the way their business actually works. If that is the shape of your operation, either of the two channels below is the right place to start.

The cheapest way

Request an audit

Fixed price, $1,250. About a week once we agree on scope. We measure the site against how it actually behaves on real visitors' phones over the last few weeks — the same dataset Google uses to rank you — and we deliver a written report. What's working, what isn't, what we would change, and what we would leave alone. The report is yours whether you hire us afterward or not.

Send a short note to audit at this domain with:

  • The address of your website.
  • One or two sentences about what the audit should focus on, if anything (slow loading, getting fewer calls, considering a rebuild, etc.).
  • Whether you can share read-access to your Google Analytics or Search Console accounts so we have real numbers to work from. Not required, but it makes the audit better.

If we do not think we are the right firm for the work, we say so in the reply and point elsewhere.

Where and how

Logistics

Based in Kitchener–Waterloo, Ontario. Serving Waterloo Region and surrounding Ontario. Most work is over email and Google Meet, with in-person meetings on request for clients within a thirty-minute drive.

Office hours are 9 to 5 Eastern, Monday through Friday. We respond to email within two business days. We do not run a chat widget or a phone line. The calendar link above is the right call channel for a first conversation.
