Rule — Output two-axis tier (commercial × local), never collapse to one number

Rule

Rule: The widget outputs TWO axis tiers (commercial intensity, local saturation) per vertical — never a single one-number score.

Why: A plumber and a SaaS company are both "hard" for opposite reasons (Two-axis tier model — commercial intensity × local saturation). The SAME label covers totally different recommendations.

How to apply:

  • Branch the logic by market type. Local/service-based → lead with proximity + review prominence + GBP completeness. National/organic → lead with incumbent authority + content saturation + SERP feature load.
  • Output label per axis, not summed.
