Rule: Every Candid Creative page that addresses GC prospects must use construction-trade vocabulary correctly. The required vocabulary includes (at minimum): Tarion, COR, PDI, 1-2-7, deficiency holdback, draw schedule, RFI, punch list, change order, exclusions list, sub-trade, prime contract.

Why: A GC reads a candid creative.ca page the way Kevin reads a SEO blog post — credibility evaporates on the first misused term. Get one wrong and the call won't happen.
